摘要
文章分析了当前广西北部湾高职港口物流人才培养的现状,探讨了工学结合、订单式、"2+1"式等高职港口物流人才的培养模式,并提出实现人才培养必须做好校企合作,强调了校企合作的要点。
The paper analyzes the status quo of the higher vocational logistic talents cultivation for Guangxi Beibu Gulf ports currently,elaborates the cultivation mode that combines both work and study and is featured by order-oriented and ＂2-1＂ oriented,holds that we should do a good job in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises to realize the talents cultivation,and stresses the key points of this cooperation.
