摘要
通过阐述微格教学的含义,论述微格教学的组成和特点,分析微格教学对培训师范生技能的优越性,进一步指出微格教学过程中应注意的几个问题,以期更好地发挥微格教学的作用,有效提高师范生的教学技能。
Through explaining the meaning of microteaching,this paper discusses the composition and characteristics of microteaching.On this basis,this paper analyses the superiority of microteaching for training normal students,and points out several problems needing attention in the microteaching course,in order to better play the role of the microteaching,effectively improve normal students＇ teaching skills.
