摘要
通过对基于网络的教师培训和CMS的概念和特点的分析,提出CMS对基于网络的教师培训的支持作用,并初步构建CMS支持的网络教师培训系统。
This paper through the analysis of definition and characteristic of Web-based teacher training and CMS,put forward to CMS supporting role to Web-based teacher training,and constructed Web-based teacher training system supported by CMS.
