Study on Application of E3 Series Motor Protection

为了更好地保护在工业中广泛运用的电动机,提供一个全新的选择——罗克威尔（Rockwell）公司生产的E3系列电动机保护器（E3 electronic over-loaded relay）。简述其原理、特点及接线示意,提出两套基于DeviceNet网络方式通过E3监控电动机运行状态参数的可行性方案,并对方案实施的技术要点进行示例说明。

This thesis provides a brand new option to better protect the industrially widely used electric motors by using E3 electronic over-loaded relay produced by Rockwell Company.It briefs on its theory,characteristics and its sketch drawings,and two feasible plans were raised on the basis of DeviceNet monitoring of the electric motor parameters via E3.The critical techniques were exemplified for the implementation of the plans.
