企业的行为是以惯例为基础的,企业的惯例具有与基因在自然界中相似的进化机制的作用,即引导和推动企业的演化。企业系统中所有惯例相互协同反映一定的综合水平,即企业惯例集合综合状态。从协同学的角度看,企业惯例集合综合状态是企业系统的慢变量,是企业演化的序参量。通过建立以企业惯例为基础的企业系统演化方程、进行系统稳定性分析,并推导序参量方程,根据企业系统演化规律判定惯例搜寻方向,有意识和有目的地进行惯例搜寻,驱使企业系统按照要求演化,建立企业惯例搜寻机制,最终优化企业惯例集合。

The behavior of enterprises is based on routines that have the similar function as animal＇s genes. Routine has the evolution mechanism, which leads and promotes the enterprise＇s evolution. The routines in enterprise system cooperate with each other, which can be evaluated as its comprehensive index. From the view of synergy, the comprehensive index of enterprise routines is slow variable of the enterprise system and it is also the order of its evolution. By establishing enterprise system evolution equations based on enterprise routines, analyzing and deriving order parameter equation, we can determine the routines＇search direction in accordance with the evolution law of enterprise systems, and do routines search consciously and purposely to drive the enterprise system to evolutes in accordance with the requirement. Based these above, the enterprise can establish the routine search mechanism and ultimately optimize the collection of business practices.
