摘要
本文介绍了一种新的金刚石钻头胎体材料碳化钨-铸钢丸,这种钻头体材料的特点是钻头体表面使用铸造碳化钨材料,心部使用铸钢丸材料,从而实现钻头体表面耐磨抗冲蚀,心部高强高韧的特点。测试了这种钻头体心部材料的力学性能和表层材料的耐磨抗冲蚀能力,同时还介绍了使用含胶碳化钨粉涂抹在钻头模具表面和石墨替棒表面的方法。由于钻头体心部力学性能的提高,和传统的铸造碳化钨粉胎体金刚石钻头相比,这种方法制备的钻头体可以设计更宽更深的钻头体排屑槽,从而有利于提高钻头的钻进性能。
A new kind of diamond bit matrix material made of tungsten carbide and steel shots was introduced.The characteristics of this material are as follows: The outer bit body is of cast tungsten-carbide and the inside material is of cast steel shot,so the bit body has high wear resistance and good mechanical properties at the same time.The mechanical properties inside and the wear resistance outside of the bit were tested.At the same time a method was introduced,that is to apply a mixture of glue-included tungsten-carbide powder on the surface of the bit mold and graphite stick.The improved mechanical properties inside and good wear resistance outside made it possible to design wider and deeper junk slots.Thus the performance of bit was improved hopefully.
