摘要
本文采用重陀倾斜式方法测试了不同界面结构的PDC的抗冲击韧性,并对PDC冲击破坏机理进行了讨论,对界面结构以及其它因素对PDC抗冲击性能的影响进行了探讨和研究。结果表明:重陀倾斜式方法能够较好地反应PDC钻头工作时的实际受力情况;在同一工艺参数下,PDC层与硬质合金基体之间的界面结构对PDC的抗冲击性能影响很大;随着界面结构由"V"形到"#"形、多环形的形式变化,PDC的抗冲击性能呈增大趋势,环形槽界面结构的PDC抗冲击强度最高;相同界面结构下,金刚石粒度越细,PDC抗冲击性能越好。
The impact resistance of polycrystalline diamond composite(PDC) was tested with dropping hammer type PDC impacting work measurement device.The impact failure mechanism of PDC was discussed,the influence of the joint structure at the interface as well as particle size of diamond were discussed in the paper.The results showed that,the dropping hammer method was close to the actual stress conditions on the drill bit.Under the same technological conditions,the interfacial joint structure of the PDC layer and WC-Co substrate had great influence on the impact resistance.The impact resistance of PDC increased in an order of V shape joint—# shape join—ring joint.The smaller the diamond particle size,the better the impact resistance of PDC.
