摘要
文章介绍了IT服务管理的定义和ISO20000的主要内容,以MAXIMO软件平台为例,详细研究了如何将ISO20000理论体系融入到实际工作中,实现了以ISO20000理论指导的管理策略和工作流程。同时,本文以安徽省农村信用社为例,总结了农村金融实施IT服务管理的成效,说明了IT服务管理的必要性。
The paper introduces the definition of IT service management and the main content of ISO20000,and taking MAXIMO software platform as an example,studies in detail how to integrate the theoretical system of ISO20000 into practical work,thereby realizing the management strategy and workflow theoretically guided by ISO20000.Besides,taking Anhui Rural Credit Union as the example the paper sums up the effect of IT service management in rural finance and describes the necessity of IT service management.
