摘要 针对氨制冷压力管道的设计、安装(含现场制作)、使用、检验、维修和改造等环节安全监督管理中存在的实际问题,提出了相应的监督管理要求和对氨制冷压力管道实施专项监管的建议;探讨了应用红外热成像技术和数字X射线实时成像技术,对带保温氨制冷压力管道实施不停机全面检验的方法。 According to the actual problems existing in design,installation(including on-site production),use,inspection,maintenance and reconstruction of native ammonia refrigeration pressure piping,some suggestions on the safety supervision and management control of the ammonia refrigeration piping were put forward.A testing method was discussed,of which the infrared thermal imaging technology and digital X-ray real-time imaging technology had been applied to non-stop comprehensive inspection of the ammonia refrigeration pressure piping with insulating layer.
