120例产后盆底康复治疗的临床效果观察

目的结合临床实践经验,探讨产后盆底康复治疗的临床效果。方法选取2009年12月～2010年12月期间,收治的产后女性120例为研究对象,采用对照研究,经患者知情同意,将其分为对照组(60例)与观察组(60例),对照组应用阴道哑铃训练,观察组在对照组基础上以生物反馈联合电刺激治疗(使用法国PhenixUSB4低频神经肌肉高级智能型治疗仪)。比较两组患者治疗前后的盆底肌力测定情况,探讨产后盆底康复治疗的临床应用价值。结果随访结果显示,两组患者经过康复治疗,其盆底肌强度都得到不同程度的恢复,且治疗前后各级患者数差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组相比,观察组中Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者数明显低于对照组,且其Ⅴ级患者数明显高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌肉训练可以改善产后盆底肌力,有助于提高产后性生活质量及预防治疗产后尿失禁、盆腔脏器脱垂等,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To carry out the clinical effects of 120 cases on Biofeedback Combined with Electrical Stimulation used inpelvic muscle recover therapy with clinical practice experience.Methods Select our hospital 120 cases of postpartum women for the study from december 2009 to december 2010.Use controlled study,the informed consent of patients,divided into control group（60 cases） and the observation group（60 cases）,the control group received vaginal dumbbell training group were observed on the basis of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation therapy（use of low-frequency neuromuscular French Phenix USB4 treatment for advanced intelligent）.Patients were compared before and after the determination of pelvic floor muscle strength,to explore the postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation clinical applications.Results The follow-up results showed that both groups after rehabilitation treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength have been varying degrees of recovery,and the number of patients at all levels before and after treatment was significantly different（P〈0.05）,compared two groups,the observation group in grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ grade number of patients was significantly lower than the control group,and the number of patients was significantly higher Ⅴ grade,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The pelvic floor muscle training can improve the post-natal pelvic floor muscle strength,help improve the quality of life and prevention of post-natal treatment of postpartum urinary incontinence,pelvic organ prolapse,and is worthy of clinical application.
