速度向量成像技术在糖尿病性心肌病中的应用

摘要 速度向量成像技术(VVI)是分析局部心功能的超声新技术。与以往超声方法相比,速度向量成像技术特有的参数能对局部心功能进行量化,从而对早期心功能改变做出评价。随着糖尿病发病率的日益增高,其严重并发症糖尿病性心肌病的发生也随之增加。糖尿病性心肌病临床表现无特异性,以心力衰竭为主要表现,因此运用速度向量成像技术对糖尿病性心肌病做出早期判断及心功能评价。 Velocity vector imaging(VVI) is a new ultrasonic technology in evaluating local cardiac function.There are a number of new influencing parameters specific to VVI which quantifying local cardiac function compared to the other ultrasonic methods before.It make comments about early heart function change.With the rising incidence of diabetes,diabetic cardiomyopathy which is the serious complications of diabetes also will increase.There is nonspecific clinical performance of diabetic cardiomyopathy,and heart failure is the main performance.So as to make early diagnoses and evaluation of diabetic cardiomyopathy,velocity vector imaging should be used.
