摘要 微管解聚蛋白Stathmin具有其特有的微管解聚活性,在细胞的增殖、分化、迁移和肿瘤的发生中具有十分重要的作用。研究表明,大多数恶性肿瘤中,Stathmin蛋白均有较高水平的表达。目前已经证实,Stathmin的过表达能够影响某些作用于微管的化学药物的疗效,对于肿瘤的临床治疗有指导意义,成为肿瘤治疗的一个分子新靶点。现就Stathmin的生物学特性、生物学功能及其与乳腺癌的关系综述如下。 Because of its special function of microtubule depolymerization,Stathmin protein plays a critical role in the proliferation,differentiation and migration of cells,in addition to the tumorigenesis.Evidence shows that the overexpression of Stathmin was found in many kinds of human malignant tumors.It has been confirmed that the overexpression of Stathmin can affect the therapeutic response of anti-microtubule drugs.It has been an attractive molecular target for cancer therapy.This article will review the biological characteristics,biological function of Stathmin and the relationship between Stathmin and breast cancer as below.
