纤维素酶处理对杨木RMP浆性能的影响 被引量:1

The Influence of Poplar RMPpulp's Capability After Treating with the Cellulose Enzyme

摘要 该研究对杨木盘磨机械浆在一段磨浆后,二段磨浆之前用纤维素酶进行生物预处理,酶处理本身并不能明显提高打浆度,但酶处理能够赋予浆料较好的后续磨浆性能。通过实验我们发现温度60℃、酶用量20IU/g为最优的纤维素酶处理条件。与对照浆料相比酶处理能够提高纸浆的打浆性能,降低磨浆能耗,提高纸浆的各种物理性能及光学性能,对于后续的纸浆可漂性也有明显的改善和提高。 After firstly Grinding wood pulp ,before the secondly milling, treating the polar RMP pule with cellulose enzyme. Although the enzyme cant' t improve the Beating degree of the pulp,but it can let the pulp easy to mill after treating. Through this test,We found that best treating condition is the temperature is 60 degree, the consistence of the cellulose enzyme is 20 IU/g. After treating, the pulp can easier to Beating, cost lower Grinding pulp energy consumption and this treating can increase the pulp' s physics and optics characteristics, also can improve the pulp' s whiten characteristics.
