过氧化氢补充漂白对速生杨APMP浆性能的影响

摘要 对速生杨APMP浆的H_2O_2补充漂白进行了研究。研究结果表明:较为合适的漂白处理条件NaOH和H_2O_2配比用量2%:3%,浆浓10%,处理温度75℃,处理时间60min,此条件下纸浆的白度和强度性能有较大幅度提高。与未经过H_2O_2补充漂白纸浆相比,漂白后纸浆白度提高7%ISO,不透明度和光散射系数有所降低,裂断长、撕裂指数和耐破指数分别提高1.3km、32%和48%。打浆至45°SR时,经过补充漂白的纸浆打浆转数减少44%,打浆能耗明显降低。 Do some research on the supplement bleaching the polar APMP pulp with H2O2 ,This research show that the best condition is the dosage of the NAOH : H2O2 is 2 %:3 %,the consistence of the pulp is 10 %,the temperature is 75 degree, treating time is 60 Mins. After treating under this condition, the Whiteness and the strength of the pulp have large increase .Compare with which haven' t the supplement whiten pulp,the Whiteness have increase by 7 %ISO,untransparence and the Light scattering coefficient have some fall, Breaking length, Tear index, Bursting strength has increased 1.3 kin,32 %,48 %,and the energy of the mill have clear reduce, decrease 44 % after supplement whiten with H2O2
