Application and Mechanism of Laccase-Mediator System in Lignin Degradation

摘要 近几十年来,人们对漆酶/介体体系的关注越来越多,主要集中纸浆漂白、生物脱墨、酶法制浆等方面,而漆酶/介体在这些方面的应用主要是因为漆酶能够氧化降解木素这一原理,该文对国内外漆酶/介体氧化降解木素的应用及其机理进行了综述。 In recent decades, laccase-mediatior system (LMS) has attracted a great deal of attention. In the pulp and paper industry, LMS could be applied in biobleaching, biodeinking and biopulping. In this paper, lignin degradation by LMS and its mechanisms are reviewed.
