摘要
介绍了利用探测指示剂荧光寿命的方法所制备的溶解氧浓度测量系统,通过阐述实验原理、过程及结果,表明荧光指示剂寿命和溶解氧浓度呈线性关系.
Dissolved oxygen detection system is manufactured by detecting fluorescence lifetime.Which uses phase modulation technique.The analysis of its experimental principle,process and result shows oxygen quenching characteristics of fluorescence lifetime is in linear relation with the intensity of the dissolved oxygen.
