摘要
高层管理人才培训是石油化工管理干部学院培训工作的重中之重。结合培训项目国际性的基本特征,比较分析IMD中国石化国际金融与资本运作培训项目、阿什里奇中国石化高级工商管理及领导力培训项目、石油化工管理干部学院高层管理人员短期工商管理培训项目的国际性水平,探讨制约学院高层管理人员培训项目达到国际性的原因,提出进一步提升高层管理人才培训项目国际性的具体措施。
senior management intelligent Training is most important program in SINOPEC Management Institute. We summed up the basic characteristics of international program, analyzed and compared the program of IMD SINOPEC international finance and capital operation, program of Ashridge SINOPEC senior industry and business management and leading ability, international level of the short term program of industry and business management for senior management. We studied the reason which restricted program of senior operation management to reach international level, presented concrete measures to further elevate international level of senior management intelligent program.
