编辑对稿件初审的得当与否直接关系到期刊的质量和效益。结合初审工作实践,总结初审工作的内容、初审工作的误区、初审稿件选稿原则,提出提高编辑审稿能力的措施。

Proper initial evaluation of editors is directly related to quality and benefits of Sci-tech Periodicals. In view of practicing on initial evaluation, the paper put forward some measures to improving ability of editorial reviewing contribution through summarizing contents, misunderstanding and principle of choosing manuscript about initial evaluation.
