摘要
油烟催化燃烧技术的核心是开发低温起燃型、高活性、高稳定性、高抗水蒸气性催化剂。主要综述了近年来国内各类油烟催化燃烧催化剂的研究应用情况并对油烟的催化燃烧技术进行了展望。
The key technology for catalytic burning of cooking fumes is to develop a low-temperatureinitiation, high reactivity, high stability and high water-resistant catalyst. The research and application situation of the burning catalysts for cooking fumes interiorly has been reviewed for last a few years and the catalytic burning technology for cooking fumes has been prospected.
