中美英三国高等教育地方化进程与政策之比较

A Comparative Study of the Localization Progress and Policy of High Education in China,USA,and UK

高等教育地方化是经济社会和高等教育发展到一定阶段的产物,是我国最近三十年高等教育改革与发展的重大主题。在对中美英三国高等教育地方化政策、办学、管理等方面进行分析的基础上,借鉴英美两个高等教育强国的高教地方化发展的经验,探究高等教育地方化在中国的发展方式。

Localization of high education is the product of the development of economics, society and high education during their certain stage. Localization of high education is an important issue of the reform and development of China＇s high education in the recent thirty years. On the basis of the analysis of the policies, management and administration of the localization of high education in China, UAS, and UK, and the experience of American and British localization of their high education, this paper probes into the model suitable for the development of localization of high education in China.
