复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效观察

Efficacy of composite matrine injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cancer

目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效及不良反应。方法:将84例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予2疗程化疗和对症、支持治疗,治疗组加用复方苦参注射液静滴,评价两组的疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组近期疗效和Karnofsky评分高于对照组,化疗不良反应低于对照组。结论:复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤可以提高Karnofsky评分,减轻化疗不良反应,提高生活质量和延缓疾病进展。

Objective： To observe the efficacy and toxicity of composite matrine injection combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced malignant tumors. Methods： Totally 84 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups. They were given 2 cycles of chemotherapy, and symptomatic and supportive treatment in combination with or without composite matrine injection. After two cycles of treatments, the efficacy and toxicity were evaluated. Results： Near-term efficacy and Karnofsky score were higher, but the chemotherapy- induced toxicity was lower in combination group than in chemotherapy alone group. Conclusion： The composite matrine injection combined with chemotherapy can improve the Karnofsky score in treating advanced cancer, reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy, improve the quality of life and delay the progression of disease.
