复方苦参注射液对鼻咽鳞癌患者外周血中cyclinB2的影响

Effect of composite matrine injection on cyclinB2 in blood of patients with advanced nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma

目的:观察复方苦参注射液对鼻咽鳞癌患者放疗前后外周血中cyclinB2的影响及近期临床疗效。方法:78例鼻咽鳞癌患者随机分成试验组(复方苦参注射液联合放化疗)41例,对照组(放化疗)37例,两组均接受放化疗,试验组同时加用复方苦参注射液,评价疗效及不良反应。放疗前及放疗结束后抽取外周血,采用实时定量RT-PCR方法检测cyclinB2的表达。结果:试验组总缓解率(CR+PR)为68.2%,对照组总缓解率为62.1%,两组无显著差异,但试验组生活质量明显提高,不良反应明显减轻。试验组cyclinB2表达较对照组上调,两组间有统计学意义。结论:复方苦参注射液虽未能提高放化疗疗效,但是能减少放化疗不良反应,提高患者生活质量。复方苦参注射液上调鼻咽癌患者外周血中cyclinB2表达。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of composite matrine injection on cyclinB2 in blood and the short-term efficacy in treating advanced nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods： Totally 78 patients with advanced nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma were randomly divided into 2 groups. They were treated with radiochemotherapy alone （ control, n = 37） or combined with composite matrine injection （ n = 41 ）. The short- term efficacy and adverse effects in 2 groups were compared. Before and after treatment, blood samples were col- lected, and cyclinB2 expression was detected by real time RT-PCR. Results： Overall effective rates （CR ＋ PR） were 68.2% and 62.1% in combination group and control group, but there was no statistically significant difference between 2 groups. The quality of life was better and incidence of adverse effects was lower in combination group than in control group. CyclinB2 expression was higher in combination group than in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Although combined use of composite matrine injection can not improve short-term efficacy of radiochemotherapy, it can obviously alleviate adverse effects caused by radiochemotherapy, improve the quality of life, and up-regulate cyclinB2 expression in blood of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
