中国的腐败问题:海外学者的观察与思考(1980～2010)

Literature review of foreign researches on corruption in contemporary China(1980～2010)

中国目前的腐败问题作为一个热点问题,日益受到国内外学者的关注。自20世纪80年代以来,海外学者对于中国腐败问题的研究取得了不少成果,而国内对于这部分文献的介绍比较少。经过对这部分文献的爬梳,可以将围绕着中国改革开放30年来腐败问题研究所产生的争论,大致归纳为两条有分歧但又高度相关的解释路径:国家权力扭曲说和市场转型诱因说。文章就是根据这一类型学脉络,尝试对这部分文献作一个综述和回顾。

Along with economic transition, the political corruption problem gets increasingly important in China. This article is a literature review of foreign scholars＇ study on the phenomenon. Their researches focus on one core question： why does the supervision fail？ And two theories emerged out of the contention around this question： the theory of auto-corruption of state ; and the theory of market-transitlon incentive corruption. This literature review is done in the conceptual framework of the two theories.
