电子专业学生创新能力培养模式改革

The Reform for the Innovative Ability Training Model of Electronic Speciality Students

根据部分学生学习积极性不高、专业兴趣不浓、对大学的认识不足等现象,从学生自身角度,社会角度和学校层面进行了全面分析,提出了电子专业学生创新能力培养模式改革的思路。该改革方法注重学生心理引导和兴趣培养,让学生了解社会人才需求情况,加强学校与家长间的沟通,全面改革教学内容、教学方法和考核方式。

According to the phenomena of that some students are not enthusiastic about learning, have not strong professional interest, lack of awareness of the University and so on, with the comprehensive analysis of the students, society and school, a new reform idea to improve the innovative ability of the students in electronic speciality is proposed in this paper. This approach attaches great importance to psychological guidance and interest cultivating, enables students to realize the social demand for talent, enhances the connnunication between schools and parents, reforms of teaching contents, teaching methods and assessment methods.
