摘要
儿童睡眠呼吸紊乱（sleep—disordered breathing，SDB）是一种儿童睡眠期发生的呼吸紊乱和／或相应的综合征，程度重者可以发生夜间低氧血症并累及多个系统，随着对SDB患儿中认知障碍发生机制的研究进一步深入，儿童SDB及其引起的认知障碍逐步受到关注。本文就这方面的进展做一综述。
