血管内皮生长因子与耳蜗损伤
摘要
血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF）在血管形成、保持及渗透等领域的研究成果已被广泛认识，VEGF在神经系统的研究也越来越受重视。新近VEGF在癫痫、脑缺血及阿尔茨海默病等神经系统疾病的研究成为热点。同时VEGF也被证实在耳蜗中广泛分布，提示对耳蜗损伤可能存在神经保护作用。
