黄芪建中汤配合食疗治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛临床研究

Clinical Research of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Dietotherapy on Stomachache of Deficiency Cold of Spleen and Stomach Type

目的观察黄芪建中汤配合食疗治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的治疗效果。方法将86例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各43例,对照组采用黄芪建中汤进行治疗,治疗组在此基础上辅以饮食疗法,两组疗程均为4周,4周后比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为93.02%,对照组总有效率为72.42%,治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤配合食疗治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic treatment of huangqi jianzhong decoction combined with dietotherapy on stomachache of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type.Methods 86 patients with stomachache of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type were randomly divided into treatment group（n=43） and control group（n=43）,the patients in the control group were treated with huangqi jianzhong decoction for treatment,the treatment group supplemented dietotherapy.After 4 weeks treatment,the therapeutic treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate was 93.02% in the treatment group,and 72.42% in the control group,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Huangqi jianzhong decoction combined with dietotherapy has definite therapeutic effect on stomachache of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type.
