摘要
目的探索新形势下护士长的人性化管理。方法对护士实施人性化管理,调动护士的工作积极性、主动性,减轻护士的压力。结果护士工作满意度增强;患者对护理服务感到满意,护患关系和谐;医护配合默契。结论新形势下护士长重视护士的需求,尊重护士,营造良好的管理氛围,促进护士的职业生涯成长。
Objective To explore new situation the head nurse's humanization management.Methods The nurse actualizing management,arouse nurses working enthusiasm,initiative,reduce the nurse of pressure.Results The nurse job satisfaction enhancement;Patients are satisfied for nursing services,protect suffering from relation harmony;Health care coordination tacit understanding.Conclusion Under the new situation,the head nurse demand attention nurse,to create a good respect nurse,and promote the management atmosphere nurse career growth.
