摘要
目的探讨系统化健康教育在产科护理中的应用价值。方法筛选在四川省巴中市中心医院产科分娩的128例产妇,分为实验组和对照组,实验组进行系统的健康教育,对照组进行常规健康教育,分析健康教育效果和护理满意度。结果实验组在健康教育效果和护理满意度两方面明显好于对照组,存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论健康教育能提高产妇与家属对产科护理的满意度,使产妇与家属掌握产科相关常识。
Objective To explore the value on systematic health education in obstetrical nursing.Methods 128 puerperas selected in our hospital,they were divided into experiment group and control group.Experiment group used systematic health education,and the control group used routine health education,health education effect and satisfaction would be analyzed.Results Experiment group was obvious better than control group in health education effect and satisfaction,P0.05.Conclusion Health education can enhance satisfaction of obstetrical nursing and maternity related knowledge to puerpera and family.
