摘要
血液的凝固是一个非常复杂的过程。凝血过程的研究在基础医学和临床医学上都有着重要的意义。为了给透析过程提供一个安全有效的环境,适当的抗凝措施是非常必要的。抗凝药物的不断开发,与之伴随的是不断更新的临床实践经验,因此对于血液透析的临床医师来说,需要做的是不断拓展这方面的知识。本文对当今的抗凝措施进行了回顾。
The coagulation cascade is very complex and the study about it is important as for basic and clinical medicine. To provide the safe and effective hemodialysis, the appropriate anticoagulation is indispensible. Considering the development of anticoagulation drugs and clinical practice experience, it is inevitable and wise for dialysis clinicians to revisit this area at timely intervals. This paper reviews progress of anticoagulation for hemodialysis.
