摘要
目的探讨新生儿脐血血气分析与新生儿围生期窒息关系。方法选择60名正常新生儿作为对照组,选择120名窒息新生儿作为窒息组,窒息组新生儿按窒息严重程度分为轻度窒息组及重度窒息组,采集脐动脉血进行血气分析,比较各组新生儿血气分析指标差异。结果窒息组新生儿血气分析pH、PO2及BE低于对照组,PCO2高于对照组,重度窒息组血气分析pH、PO2及BE低于轻度窒息组,PCO2高于轻度窒息组,差异具有统计学意义。结论血气分析指标能够较为准确的评价新生儿窒息及其严重程度,为新生儿窒息的诊断及及时抢救提供参考依据。
Objective To investigate the correlation between blood gas analysis in cord blood with neonatal asphyxia and pathogenetic condition. Methods All 60 cases normal newborn were selected into control groups and 120 cases newborn with neonatal asphyxia were selected into asphyxia groups, and asphyxia groups were divided into longitudinal aspHyxia groups and severe asphyxia groups, blood gas analysis in cord blood were detected in all patients, indicatrix difference of blood gas analysis were contrasted. Results The level of pH, PO2 and BE were lower and level of PCO2 was higher in asphyxia groups than the control groups, level of pH, PO2 and BE were lower and level of PCO2 was higher in severe asphyxia groups than in longitudinal aspHyxia groups. Conclusions Blood gas analysis of cord blood could exactly evaluate neonatal asphyxia and pathogenetic condition, and provide reference for diagnosis and therapia of neonatal asphyxia.
