咪达唑仑联合有创机械通气治疗老年急性重症左心衰竭疗效观察

Effect of Midazolam Combined with Invasive Mechanical Ventilation in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Severe Acute Left Heart Failure Curative

目的探讨咪达唑仑联合有创机械通气治疗老年急性重症左心衰竭的疗效。方法 35例老年急性重症左心衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上应用咪达唑仑联合有创机械通气治疗,比较治疗前后患者的心率、呼吸频率、平均动脉压、尿量变化及血气分析变化。结果治疗后患者的心率、呼吸频率、平均动脉压、尿量均较入院时明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后的血气分析值各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年急性重症左心衰竭患者应尽早进行咪达唑仑联合有创机械通气治疗,可以有效缓解患者的肺水肿、呼吸衰竭症状,改善呼吸功能,提高抢救成功率,因此值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Midazolam combined with invasive mechanical ventilation in treatment of elderly patients with severe acute left heart failure curative. Methods All 35 senile patients in the treatment of general application on the basis of Midazolam combined with invasive mechanical ventilation , compared heart rate, respiratory rate and mean arterial pressure, urine output changes and changes of blood gas analysis before and after treatment. Results Heart rate, respiratory rate and mean arterial pressure and urine volume is considerably improved than admission, there were significant differences between them （ P 〈 0.05 ） .There were significant differences in Blood gas analysis value indicators before and after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Patients with severe acute left heart failure Should treated by mechanical ventilation combined with Midazolam sedation elderly, which can effectively alleviate symptoms in patients with pulmonary edema, respiratory failure, improving respiratory function, improve treatment success rate, so it＇s worth clinical application.
