我院性病门诊泌尿生殖道114株葡萄球菌药敏分析

Susceptibility Analysis of 114 Stains Staphylococcus from Urogenital in Our Hospital Clinic

目的了解本地区泌尿生殖道患者葡萄球菌的培养及药敏情况。方法用男性拭子、女性宫颈拭子取分泌物进行葡萄球菌培养及药敏试验。结果 114例标本中,单纯葡萄球菌阳性47例,葡萄球菌合并UU感染58例,葡萄球菌合并MH感染7例,葡萄球菌合并UU、MH感染2例。耐甲氧西林血浆凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)占94.7%,其余占5.3%。万古霉素协同利福平是治疗葡萄球菌的首选药物,耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)对β-内酰胺类、喹诺酮类、红霉素、克林霉素均具较高耐药率,非耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌对除青霉素、红霉素以外的抗生素耐药率均较低,头孢唑林是治疗非耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌的首选药物。结论临床用药应考虑本地区耐药菌株的流行情况,按照药敏试验结果合理用药,以提高临床治愈率。

Objective To understand the sistance of staphylococcus susceptibility and train from urogenital in my hospital. Methods Take secretions to conduct staphylococcus train and susceptibility test with swab. Results In 114 specimens, simple staphylococcus positive 47 cases,merpo UU 58, merpo MH 7cases,the same mergo UU,MH 2 cases. MRCNS account 94.7%, the others account 5.3%. Vancomycin and Rifampicin was the first drugs of Staphylococcus ,MRS has more resistance rates for [3 -Lactam, Quinolnes,Erythromycin and Clindamycin. NMRS has less resistance for Antibiotic except Penicillin, Erythromycin,Cefazolin was the first drug of curing NMRS. Conclusion Clinical medicine should consider prevalence of resistant strains. According to the result of susceptibility, to take rational drug use. So that increase clinic cure rate.
