100例口腔正畸患者的三维CT应用分析

Analysis of Three-dimensional CT Application in 100 Patients of Orthodontic

目的探讨三维CT在口腔正畸中的应用价值。方法对我院进行口腔正畸的100例患者进行回顾性分析,整理患者资料,观察三维CT在患者治疗时的应用价值。结果 100例患者中,对埋伏牙和阻生牙的显示采用表面遮盖重建技术效果好,对骨性畸形的患者采用三维骨重建效果好,对肌肉的显示可采用三维组织重建,对牙根和牙尖的显示可采用曲面断层法。结论三维CT在口腔正畸中能起到很好的作用,可产生三维图像,能弥补以往的X线扫描和CT平扫的不足。

Objective To study the value of three-dimensional CT application in orthodontics patients. Methods All 100 orthodontics patients in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, organized patient data to observe the three-dimensional CT in the patient during treatment application. Results All 100 patients, the impacted teeth impacted tooth and the display of the surface covered by effective reconstruction of bony deformity using three-dimensional bone remodeling in patients with good effect, the display of muscle tissue can be three-dimensional reconstruction of the root and cusp panoramic display method can be used. Conclusion Three-dimensional CT in orthodontics can play a good role, produce three-dimensional image and make up for past X-ray scan and CT scan of the deficiencies.
