摘要
针对基本ZVS三电平变换器的缺点,论文提出了一种改进型倍流整流式零电压开关三电平变换器。该变换器在基本ZVS三电平变换器拓扑的变压器原边加入了辅助网络,利用辅助谐振网络实现滞后臂的零电压开关,副边采用倍流整流电路,使整流二极管自然换流,解决了变压器副边电压过冲和占空比丢失的问题。与基本ZVS三电平变换器相比,该变换器具有辅助网络简单、实现零电压范围宽、副边无电压过冲和占空比丢失以及控制方式灵活等优点。文中详细分析了变换器的工作原理,并通过一台24V/10A,80kHz的实验样机进行了验证。
Aiming at the drawbacks of the basic ZVS three-level converter, an improved current-double-rectifier ZVS threelevel DC-DC converter is proposed. The topology adds an assistant network to the primary side of the transformer, which could achieve ZVS of the lagging switch. The transformer secondary side of the proposed converter uses the current-double-rectifier circuit, which can resolve the high voltage spike and surge of the transformer secondary side and the duty ratio loss. It has many remarkable advantages such as simple auxiliary circuit, realizing ZVS in the wide load range, no voltage spike and surge of the transformer secondary side and easy to be controlled. The operating principle of the converter is analyzed. A 24V/10A, 80 kHz prototype is tested to validate the feasibility.
