摘要目的:观察手法复位、小夹板外固定联合中药薰洗综合保守治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法:选取我院自2008年4月～2010年9月收治的150例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象。结果:本组150例患者手法复位均成功,本组患者优良率为98.7%。结论:手法复位、小夹板外固定联合中药薰洗综合疗法保守治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效显著。 Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating distal radius fractures by manual reduction, small splints external fixed plus TCM fumigation. Methods： Selecting 150 cases as a study object which treated in our hospital from April 2008 to September 2010. Results： 150 patients were successfully and the effective rate was 98.7%. Conclusion： Treating distal radius fractures by manual reduction, small splints external fixed plus TCM fumigation can make significantly effects.
