健脾疏肝治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征95例

Treating 95 cases of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome by invigorating spleen and soothing liver

目的:观察健脾疏肝中药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法:将95例患者随机分为2组,治疗组以自拟中药治疗;对照组以盐酸洛哌丁胺治疗。观察治疗前后症状、体征的变化以及复发次数。结果:治疗组总有效率94.9%,对照组总有效率81.0%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药治疗肠易激综合征有良好疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect of treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in invigorating spleen and soothing liver medicine. Methods： 95 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, in which, treatment group applying TCM, while control group applying loperamide hydrochloride, then obseve the change of symptom, signs and relapse frequency. Results： The total efficacy rate in treatment group was 94.9%, and control group was 81.0%. Treatment group was obviously better than control group, which had statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM treat diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome had a better effect
