摘要
神经元凋亡是脊髓损伤后二次损伤的关键因素。在脊髓损伤中,凋亡细胞可于受伤脊髓部位甚至周边节段被检测出来,凋亡发生于几乎脊髓所有种类的细胞中。发生于损伤局部的细胞凋亡如何导致神经功能丧失目前仍不明确,但研究已经证实,损伤后脊髓局部多种生物化学信号的出现是导致脊髓内各种细胞凋亡的始动因素。现对肿瘤坏死因子受体家族与细胞凋亡的关系进行综述,并探讨脊髓损伤后的凋亡信号传递机制。
Neuron apoptosis is the key factor in the secondary injury after SCI(spinal cord injury).In SCI,apoptosis cells can be detected in the injury part or even the near sections.Apoptosis happens in almost all categories of spinal cells.It′s still unclear how the apoptosis in the injury part leads to nervous function loss,while studies have shown that mulitiple biochemical signals which appear after spinal local injury is the starter factor leading various apoptosis in the spinal cord.Here is to review the correlation between tumor necrosis factor receptor family and apoptosis and discuss the apoptosis signal transmission mechanism after SCI.
