小夹板联合接骨膏治疗尺骨骨折40例

Treating 40 cases of ulnar fracture with little splint plus Jiegu ointment

目的:观察小夹板联合中药"接骨膏"外敷治疗闭合性尺骨骨折的疗效。方法:80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组顺势拔伸牵引、复位,将接骨膏敷在骨折部位,纱布包裹,小夹板固定,悬吊于胸前,2天换药一次,口服中药汤剂,静滴丹红注射液20ml,1日1次。对照组不用接骨膏,余处理同治疗组。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:接骨膏对骨折愈合有促进作用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of treating closed ulna fracture with little splint plus Jiegu ointment. Methods： Randomly divided 80 cases into treatment group and control group, each group with 40 cases, the treatment group treated by homeopathic pulling traction, reduction, deposited Jiegu ointment in the fracture site, wrapped with gauze, fixed with little splint and suspended in the chest, changed medicine every 2 days, took TCM decoction, intravenous injected Danhong injection 20ml once a day. The control group treated without Jiegu ointment while other treatment same as treatment group＇s. Results： The effects of treatment group was better than control group P〈0.05. Conclusion： Jiegu ointment can improve fracture cure.
