93例卵巢肿瘤的手术治疗与临床分析

Surgical Treatment and Clinical Analysis of Ovarian Cancer in 93 Cases

目的分析研究卵巢肿瘤的临床特征及诊断、治疗方法,以提高临床诊治率。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2010年1月期间在我院治疗的93例卵巢肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果 93例患者中单纯性囊肿51例,实性肿瘤18例,囊实性肿瘤24例;良性肿瘤78例,交界性肿瘤2例,恶性肿瘤13例。良性肿瘤78例患者术后全部治愈,2例交界性肿瘤及13例恶性肿瘤均临床治愈。术后根据病理结果对2例交界性肿瘤及13例恶性肿瘤进行治疗,其中13例进行化疗,2例由于个人原因拒绝化疗。结论卵巢肿瘤发病多隐匿,不易早期发现,要提高卵巢肿瘤的治愈率,关键是早期诊断,积极治疗,可改善预后。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer,to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment efficacy.Methods Clinical data of 93 ovarian cancer patients,who were admitted in the Ninth Hospital of Xi′an,from January 2005 to January 2010,were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 93 patients,51 cases suffered from simple cyst,18 cases solid tumors,24 cases cystic and solid tumors;the tumors were benign in 78 cases,borderline in 2 cases,and malignant in 13 cases.All 78 cases of benign tumor healed,2 cases of borderline tumors and 13cases of malignant tumors were clinically cured.According to postsurgical pathological results,borderline in 2 cases,and malignant in 13 cases underwent chemotherapy treatment and 2 patients refused chemotherapy because of personal reasons.Conclusion The onset of ovarian cancer is mostly concealed and hardly detectable at an early stage,early diagnosis and aggressive treatment are the key to improve the cure rate and prognosis of ovarian cancer.
