体质辨识在健康体检中应用的初步探讨

体质是个体生命过程中,在先天遗传和后天获得基础上表现出的形态结构、生理机能和心理状态方面综合的、相对稳定的特质。这种特质反映在生命过程中的某些形态特征和生理特征性方面,对自然、社会环境的适应能力和疾病的抵御能力方面,以及发病过程中对某些致病因素的易罹性和病理过程中疾病发展的倾向等方面[1]。中医学是中国人在漫长的历史进程中所建立的适应于自身生存环境(包括社会、历史、文化、自然环境与资源)的医学,是蕴藏着两千多年来中国人关于生命与医疗的理论假说与经验事实的知识宝库。"未病先防"的预防思想和"治未病"的诊疗观,与现代医学健康体检重视潜在的危险因素,倡导预防为主的理念,有异曲同工之妙,两者殊途同归。体质辨识是治未病的重要方法和手段,以预防医学的思想为指导,以中西医两种理论与方法对健康体检者进行健康预测、健康评价与健康指导,使两大医学体系的优势在健康体检平台上相互补充,相辅相成,将有可能使中医医院体检中心走出一条新路。因此,现将中医学的体质辨识在健康体检中应用作初步探讨。

Constitution shows comprehensive in morphology, physiology and psychology, relatively stable characteristics on the bases of congenital genetic and acquired during individual life course. This characteristics showed the natural and social environment adaptability, defensive ability of disesase, and susceptibility of some pathogenic factors, the tendency of the disease development in pathological processes of some morphological and physiological characteristics during life processes.[1J TCM is the medicine which adapted to their living environment （Including social, historical, cultural, natural environment and resources）, and is the wealth of knowledge bearing the theories hypothesis and empirical facts about life and medical of two thousand years. Prevention ideas of Not disease prevention and treatment concept of treating in future, were same as modem medical health examination valuing risk factors, promoting the concept of prevention. Physical identification is an important method of treating in future, treating preventive medicine as a guide, healthy volunteers tood health predicts, health evaluation and health guidance according to two theories and methods of the integrative medicine, making the advantages of two medical systems complement each other on a health examination platform, that may make TCM Hospital Medical Center have a new way, so, preliminarily explore the application of physical identification of TCM in health examination.
