摘要 良好的运作效果为科研机构者及高校在知识创新协同中所关注。通过对协同运作效果的评估,可以使科研机构和高校清楚在知识创新协同中自身的科技优势,选择合适的创新协同模式。本文从研究水平与贡献、队伍建设与人才培养、开放交流与运行管理三维度构建知识创新协同模式的运行效果指标体系,以层次分析法为指标设置权重,运用灰关联分析法进行效果评估,并借助实例演示为知识创新协同模式运行效果提供一个较客观和公平的评估模式。该评估模式可以为科研机构与高校进行协同创新决策提供依据,并可以作为科研机构在订立标杆学习目标的参考依据之一。 High operation performance is concentrated by the scientific research institutions and universities in the process of knowledge innovation synergy.To evaluate the synergetic operation performance,the scientific research institutions and universities can realize their technology strategies and select the suitable synergy modes.From three criterions including the level of research and contribution,team building and talent training,open communication and operations management,the paper constructs evaluation system of the operations performance of knowledge innovation synergy modes.There are ten indicators in the system based on Delphi and the national key laboratories evaluation rules.Analytic Hierarchical Process sets up weight for each indicators and Grey Relational Analysis conducts the operation performance of evaluation.With an example demonstrating,this research offers a more objective and fair evaluation model for the operations performance of conducting knowledge innovation synergy modes.
