摘要
在编制青岛市"十二五"科技发展规划的过程中,运用技术路线图的思想方法,对区域科技发展规划的目标、愿景、重点任务和重大专项进行分析,绘制相应的技术路线图,提高规划的科学性和指导性。
In the preparation process of development planning of Qingdao,we analyzed the thinking of technology roadmapping and the needs of regional development planning,expressed the strategic layout of planning with scientific development roadmapping,field development roadmapping,industrial scientific roadmapping and investigative technology roadmapping,and assessed the planning with evaluate roadmapping to improve the planning of scientific,systematic and guidance.
