创业对一国经济创新发展具有重要意义,创业政策则是推动各国创业活动开展的重要推动力。本文分析了国外创业政策发展的主要特征,结合国内创业政策现状,指出现阶段中国创业政策存在的若干问题,最后是启示和相关政策建议。

Entrepreneurship is important to the innovation development of a country＇s economy.Entrepreneurship policies are the important driving force of promoting national entrepreneurial activities.This paper analyzes the main features of foreign entrepreneurship policies,combined with the domestic status of entrepreneurship policies,puts forward some problems about entrepreneurship policies at this stage and finally policy implications.
