摘要 海底管道是海上油气田开发中用于油气输送的重要设施,它的安全是保证油田安全生产和保护海洋环境的重要因素;但是,由于种种原因造成海底管道在平台根部悬空,若不及时对其处理,海底管道将会在海流和波浪的作用下,产生涡激振动,长期作用下会发生超过疲劳和屈服极限的情况,最终造成海管破损及原油泄漏的事故发生,不仅造成重大经济损失,更重要的是造成无法挽回的环境污染。以渤中28—2S周边油田海管悬空处理工程为实例,简述管线悬空的形式,重点介绍管道悬空修复所采取的方法,以期对今后的类似工程修复方法提供相关借鉴经验。 Submarine pipeline is the main facility which is used for transporting oil and gas in offshore oil and gas development project, pipeline's safety is a key factor which control the entire oilfield to put into production on schedule. However many submarine pipeline has been suspended because of many different reasons, they must be treated immediately, if not, submarine pipeline will be broken by wind and current in a long time .Not only they will bring much economy loss, but also they could pollute our environment. So different proper methods in accordance with different suspension must be adopted. The suspension style of pipeline is introduced, and the repairing methods are presented in this paper. It is expected to provide relevant repairing experience to deal with similar project in the future.
