海底单层3PE管道移位交叉修复方法

摘要 海底管道是海上油气田开发中用于油气输送的重要设施,它的质量是否满足要求是制约整个油田能否按时投产的关键因素。为节约成本,许多小管径管道设计上倾向于采用无水泥配重的单层3PE管,但在现实中这种结构的管道,施工中经常遇到很多意想不到的管线损伤情况,须针对不同的情况采用不同的管线修复方案。以渤中28.2s油田单层3PE海管移位交又修复工程实例,简述管线移位交叉损伤形式,说明单层3PE管道损伤的原因,重点介绍管道采取的修复方法,以期对今后的类似工程修复能提供相关借鉴经验。 Submarine pipeline is the main facility which is used for oil and gas transportation in offshore oil and gas development project, pipeline's quality is a key factor which control the entire oilfield to put into production on schedule. In order to saving cost ,the design of many small size pipeline 3PE single steeel pipeline without concrete coating are adopted, but in fact this structural pipeline are very easy to be damaged due to a lot of reasons, they usually bring many trouble in dealing with some accidents. Different repairing methods in accordance with defferent damage accident~ must be adopted.The damaging condition of shifted and crossed pipeline is presented briefly, and possible damage reasons of single steel 3PE pipeline are analyzed concisely, and the repairing methods are described in detail. It is expected to provide relevant repairing experience to deal with similar project damage accidents in the future.
