摘要
介绍了LNG项目中应用的Inconel625合金与低温碳钢,分析了母材的焊接性,就钨极氩弧焊(GTAw)+焊条电弧焊(SMAW)进行焊接工艺评定,对相应的结果进行了分析,给出了焊接过程中的质量控制措施,开发成功GTAw+sMAw的焊接工艺,积累了相关经验。
The Inconel 625 alloy and low temperature carbon steel (LTCS) used in Liquified-Natural Gas(LNG) were introduced. The weldability of parent material was analyzed, and the controlling measures of welding quality were given. The welding procedure qualification (WPQ) was carried out with GTAW+ SMAW process, and welding procedure was achieved successfully through the analyzing of corresponding WPQ results, and also the relevant experiences were accumulated.
