摘要
为克服传统水下设施安装方法的不足,设计一种适合重型深水设施安装的机械臂。它的主要结构包括:底部支柱、回转支承装置、上部转塔、卷筒、工作平台、主臂和辅臂等;其结构简单,吊装承载能力大,集吊起、转向和下放功能干一体,将其固定在安装作业船侧或船尾上后,可对水下生产设施进行下放安装作业。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional method in installing underwater facilities, a mechanical arm for installing deep-water heavy facilities is designed. Its main structures include: the bottom pillar, stewing bearings, the upper turret, drum, work platform, the boom, auxiliary arm, etc. Its structure is simple and it has functions of lifting load capacity, setting lift, turning and installing load. It will be fixed on the ship's side or stem, and can install the production facilities under the deepwater.
