摘要
自升式钻井平台锁紧装置可保护升降系统,提高平台作业安全及作业能力。国外锁紧装置研究比较成熟,近年来,国内公司积极研发新型的自升式钻井平台锁紧装置并取得了一定的应用成果。主要介绍了200英尺自升式钻井平台所采用的国内研发锁紧装置,介绍其结构组成及工作原理,根据装置工作原理制定了详细的设备调试方案,并重点研究了装置动态载荷转移试验方法。根据现场实际应用,制定的调试方案行之有效,满足设备检验要求,方案获中国船级社CCS、美国船级社ABs批准。最后通过调试,表明国产设备操作简便,性能优良,载荷转移量基本接近理论计算值,各项试验参数满足设计要求。
The jack-up drilling platform can protect the jack-up system and improve the operational safety and capabilities of platforms. Locking system has been studied more mature abroad. In recent years, domestic companies actively developed the new locking system and have achieved a certain application of the results, to meet the development needs of domestic of national marine engineering equipment. The composing and working principle of locking system for 200-feet jack-up drilling platform were introduced. Then develop the detailed commissioning program according to the working principle. And also highlights the test program or dynamic load transfer and the test data were analyzed. According to the application, the commissioning program can be effective and meet the inspection requirements. It also was approved by China Classification Society CCS and American Bureau of Shipping ABS. Finally, the device has simple operation and excellent performance through the commissioning. Load transfer capacity was close to theoretical values and the test parameters meet design requirements.
