滨海109船两节浮式托管架管道铺设尝试

摘要 蓬莱19-3二期项目中有多条30“的大管径海底管道,对于铺管船的船舶、设备性能要求较高。由于受到船舶资源的限制,只有滨海109一条铺管船可用。然而,滨海109只有使用两节浮式托管架才能满足30”海管的铺设要求,这对于滨海109来讲尚无先例。在这种情况下,经过分析论证和设备改造,滨海109铺管船利用两节浮式托管架成功地铺设了2条30“管道。系统介绍了滨海109的铺管计算分析、设备改造以及两节托管架的安装/拆卸方案。滨海109利用两节浮式托管架铺设30”海管的成功实施,为如何最大限度地发挥船舶性能,提高单船作业能力提供了一定的借鉴意义。 There are a few 30" subsea pipelines in PL19-3 Project Phase II, it requires high capability and good requirement for the lay barge. Due to the limitation of the vessels resource, the only lay barge should be BH 109. However, BH109 must utilize the two-section stinger to satisfy the requirement of the 30" pipeline laying. There was no precedent for BH109. In this case, after much demonstrating the equipment and systems, BH109 was succeeded in laying the two 30" pipelines with two-section floating stingers. The pipelaying calculation, the equipments alteration of BH109, as well as the installation/recovery method of two-section floating stinger are presented in this paper. With success of the pipelaying, it will provide experience for how to make full use of the vessel performance and to improve the operation capacity.
